ABUSE, COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY

1. Abuse and Policy Violations

You can report:

  • Policy violations (Content, Moderation, Anti-Trafficking)
  • Fake profiles, scams or fraud attempts
  • Misuse of your photos or identity

  • Your name and contact email
  • URL or details of the content or user
  • Description of the issue and, if possible, screenshots

We will:

  • Acknowledge receipt (where feasible)
  • Review the case as quickly as possible
  • Take appropriate measures (warning, editing, temporary blocking, removal, account termination)

2. Disputes With Other Users

Escortsgle is not a party to agreements or interactions between escorts and clients. We cannot:

  • Mediate payment disputes
  • Guarantee the behaviour or reliability of any user

However, you may report serious misconduct. We may, at our discretion, restrict or remove accounts in case of repeated or serious issues.

3. Disputes With Escortsgle

If you have a dispute with us regarding:

  • Membership
  • Billing or advertising services
  • Application of our Policies

with:

  • Your full name
  • Your account email
  • A clear description of the issue

We will try to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be subject to the law and courts of Seychelles, as described in our Terms of Use.
